COMPANY REGISTRATION

The information your company provides Hire-A-Med upon registration, is not released, sold or leased unless such disclosure is required by law. The general public will have access to the information provided in your company’s profile via Hire-A-Med’s service and will be used as a promotional tool to accompany available job opportunities. You will have a password that will grant you access to your company’s profile page where you will be able to add jobs and change information.

RESUMES

Hire-A-Med does not distribute any information regarding your profile and online resume without your implied permission interpreted from your specific online transactions including your acceptance of the site’s terms outlined in the Terms of Service section.

Hire-A-Med allows you to post your resume and career preferences in the database to be viewed by employers and recruiters. As our consumer, you have the right to at any time you may deactivate all of your records specifically registration, login, resume, responses and posted resumes. Your deletion will take place immediately, but understand that Hire-A-Med is not responsible for employers/recruiters who had already received your information through a job posting applied for. Employers/recruiters may have retained your records off line and could still attempt to contact you for employment options. Hire-A-med is not responsible if some other third party evades security measures and gains access to the database, specifically your resume. We use our best efforts to grant access to this database only to hiring managers, human resources personnel, headhunters and employer’s registered with us, but cannot guarantee other parties will not, without our consent gain access to this database.

USE OF COOKIES
