Hire-A-Med is intended for the lawful use of employers seeking candidates for employment and is also intended for individuals seeking employment in health-related organizations. Hire-A-Med reserves the right to modify this Term of Service at any given time. Therefore, your further use of this site will be interpreted as your acceptance of the modified provisions. Please periodically review this Terms of Service for any changes that may affect your lawful use of the Hire-A-Med website.

BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND HIRE-A-MED

This Terms Of Service forms a binding agreement between you and Hire-A-Med. Your use of and access to the site indicates you have accepted Hire-A-Med’s Terms of Service and are agreeing to use the site at your own risk. Hire-A-Med’s website is be used only for lawful purposes within the stated context of Hire-A-Med’s intended use of the site. When you sign up with Hire-A-Med, you agree to provide current, accurate and complete information as required by registration and will continue to update your profile as changes occur. If you suspect your privacy rights have been violated, Hire-A-Med may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith whether to remove the requested document. You are entirely responsible for ALL activities associated with your account.

PROHIBITIONS
Hire-A-Med is only to be used for lawful purposes by candidates seeking career opportunities and for employers seeking employees in health related fields.
YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM:
1. Posting any information that is inaccurate or misleading.
2. Posting any inaccurate or misleading employment opportunities or requirements to the user.
3. Posting chain letters, pyramid schemes, club memberships, distribution or any other career opportunities, which require periodic monetary payments by candidates.
4. Posting multiple positions within one posting.
5. Copying other job opportunities and posting them on the Hire-A-Med site as your own.
6. Posting or transferring to the Hire-A-med site any information that may contain copyrighted material not owned by you; trademarks or trade secrets not owned by you; material that violates the privacy rights of others; any material or software that may contain viruses or other disruptive devices; and anything in violation of any applicable law, which may constitute sexually explicit, defamatory fraudulent, obscene, abusive, threatening, or harassing communication.
7. Deciphering, modifying or disassembling any part of this site.
8. Framing or mirroring any part of the Hire-A-Med site.
REGISTRATION AND PASSWORDS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords. You will be held accountable for all uses of your password and registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify Hire-A-Med of any unauthorized use of your password and registration. You may not share your password with anyone. Hire-A-Med may require that you register and provide the company with certain user information including name, mailing address and valid email address. Hire-A-Med will not disclose to any third party your user information including your name, mailing address, email address or telephone number without your consent except in legal proceedings or to comply with applicable laws where such information is relevant.

HIRE-A-MED’S LIABILITY

Hire-A-Med is NOT an employment firm or a recruiting agency and does not participate in the actual transaction between the candidates and the employers. Hire-A-Med is not to be considered the employer with respect to the use of the site. Hire-A-Med serves only as a portal for publication and online distribution of user information submission. Hire-A-Med is not responsible for the quality, accuracy or legality of the documents posted. Hire-A-Med assumes no responsibility for the omission, activities, or other conduct of users We make no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, timeliness or effectiveness of the website in meeting the employment goals of users. We do not guarantee that information posted by users will result in positions being filled or candidates being hired. Hire-A-Med is not responsible and cannot be held accountable for any employment decisions made by any user. Hire-A-Med makes cannot guarantee that its servers are free from computer viruses or other harmful data and some information may be mislabeled or inaccurate and may contain typographical errors. You acknowledge and agree that you will use the material provided at your own risk.

Who is responsible?

You assume all risks, including the risk of dealing with users acting under false pretenses, strange foreign nationals, or underage persons, associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through the site. Job candidates are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the information contained and placed by the candidate on Hire-A-Med’s website. Employers are solely responsible for the listings on this website. It is the responsibility of the candidate and the employer to verify the information posted on the site to determine the suitability of employment. Hire-A-Med does not and cannot confirm the user is who they claim to be. Hire-A-Med is not obligated to control the information provided by others, which are made available through the site. So, Hire-A-Med expects that you will use caution and common sense when using this website.

Warranties

The Hire-A-Med’s website is provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind. Hire-A-Med does not warrant this site will run error free and makes no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the services, information, software, and links. Hire-A-Med disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law, either implied or expressed. Hire-A-Med, in no event, shall be liable for any damages whatsoever, including lost data or lost revenue or profits, resulting from the use or disuse of this site.

TERMINATION
Hire-A-Med reserves the right to remove or discard any job candidate’s resume or any company’s job listing if found in breach of any of the provisions contained in this Terms of Service without notice. The decision rests with the owner’s of Hire-A-Med and the decision is final.

Hire-A-Med’s website contains links to other web sites and services that are provided as a convenience to you as a user. A link to another web site is not an endorsement of that site and Hire-A-Med is not responsible for the accuracy, content, representations made by any third-party website.
